Kayla HineNews

Dear Guild Members and Friends,

After nearly ten years of dedicated service, Mary Rush, our much-loved and deeply appreciated Executive Assistant will be retiring on April 30th.

Mary has been the steady heartbeat of our organization.  Gracious, dependable, and always supportive; her contributions have helped advance the mission of the Guild in countless ways.  While we will miss her dearly, we are grateful for her many years of service and wish her every happiness in this next chapter of her life.  We will celebrate Mary at out Year-End Cocktail party scheduled for Wednesday, May 20th from 5 to 7pm.  Please mark your calendar and stay tuned for more details.

In the coming weeks, we will begin a search for Mary’s replacement.  Laura Lorenz will be leading that effort.  The scope of responsibility will be shared with Guild members, posted on the Guild website, and published in Tune in Tuesday.  Applications are being accepted and anticipated start date is March 15, 2026.

Questions or more information on scope of responsibility can be directed to Laura Lorenz at 336-457-7156 or at [email protected].  Interested applicants should email resume to cover letter to Laura.

Please join me in thanking Mary and wishing her well.
