ANNOUNCEMENTS

2026 Debutantes Announced

The Greensboro Symphony Guild has announced the names of eleven young women who will make their debuts at the forty-ninth annual Symphony Presentation Ball on December 28, 2026. The event honors outstanding young women with connections to the Greensboro area who have made meaningful contributions within their communities.

Barbara Key will serve as chair; Ginger Griffin will serve as honorary chair; and Ray Hagemann will serve as master of ceremonies. Read more about them here.

Throughout the year, the Guild sponsors social and philanthropic events for the debutantes and their families, including “A Night at the Symphony” at the Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts, the annual Family Picnic in June, and several family-hosted celebrations in their honor.

Important Membership Renewal Information for 2026-27!

Membership Applications forms were mailed at the end of May and can also be downloaded below. Please renew your memberships by July 31st.

Friendly reminder that all Guild Members should purchase Masterworks or Pops tickets as part of your membership with the Symphony Guild. Flex Passes are available to make it easy to pick your concert dates. Contact the Greensboro Symphony Orchestra for more information or purchase your tickets on the GSO website.
