Students Enjoy the GSO School Concerts!

On March 19 – 22, our Guild volunteers partnered with the Greensboro Symphony with the Tanger Center staff and the Greensboro Police Department to escort nearly 15,000 students from Alamance, Guilford, Rockingham and Randolph County schools for a wonderful 45 minute concert by the Greensboro Symphony Orchestra.

The students had a great time. It was so wonderful to see their faces as they came in to Tanger Center for the first time. We had over 20 Guild volunteers each day. This opportunity and exposure to the arts would not have been possible without your support. Amy EvansKim LittrellNancy Bogard and Renee Angiulli would like to thank every volunteer that gave time to help us usher in and usher out each day.
It was a truly a wonderful event!
