Golden Note Award Nominations Form – deadline April 1st!

The Nominations/Award Committee is requesting nominations for The Golden Note Award. 

This award is presented to a Guild member who has made an outstanding service contribution to the Guild and to the community. This award is not necessarily given every year.

The Nominations/Award Committee will select the recipient from nominations received before the April 1 deadline. It will be presented at the Guild’s May meeting.
