The Greensboro Symphony Guild will host its annual St. Patrick’s Day party, Let’s Get Shamrocked, on Saturday, March 21, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Greensboro History Museum in downtown Greensboro, 130 Summit Ave. Celebrated local restaurant Gia Drink.Eat.Listen will provide traditional Irish fare with a modern twist, complemented by pints of craft beers from local microbrewery Pig Pounder. Gia Distillery will have a Whiskey and Scotch Tasting Bar at the event.
Music plays a key part in every St. Patrick’s Day celebration. The Barrowburn Celtic Band from Raleigh, N.C. will entertain guests with favorite Irish tunes.
The event is open to the public and tickets may be purchased for $40 per person by clicking here. Included are food, 1 drink ticket
(beer, wine or whiskey) and entertainment.

The Guild members co-chairing this fun-filled evening are Sharon Kasica and Kim Jones.
All proceeds from this event will be used to fund the educational programs of the Greensboro Symphony Orchestra. These programs reach over 50,000 children and adults each year in Greensboro and surrounding areas.
